What if I end up needing to purchase more hours?
It's easy! I keep a running total of your hours, so you always know how much time you have left. You are welcome to upgrade your package at any time. Just send me a quick email, and I will take care of it.
When are you available?
I am available 7 days/week, so feel free to send me a text message or an email at any time. That includes nights and weekends. I promise a 24-48 hour turnaround time, unless you are otherwise notified, and I try my best to accommodate same-day requests.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Most definitely. Just make sure to let me know that you want to cancel prior to your next billing cycle. Please note that unused hours do not roll over, and you will not receive a refund for any unused time.
